FAQs

  • Coaching is a structured conversation with a specific purpose — to help you work out what you want, make better decisions, and actually move on them. A coach doesn't tell you what to do. They ask the questions that help you figure it out yourself. Aoife brings twenty years of experience working with founders, leaders and professionals to every session.

  • Therapy looks back. Coaching looks forward. If you're dealing with mental health concerns or unresolved trauma, therapy is the right place for that, and Aoife will always say so. Coaching is for people who are functioning well and want to move further, faster, or in a different direction entirely.

  • Sessions run 60–90 minutes and you set the agenda. Whatever is on your mind — a decision you're circling, a challenge you can't get traction on, something you want to think through properly. It's a focused, confidential conversation, and most people leave with a clearer head and a concrete next step.

  • It's coaching for one of the most significant transitions a professional woman goes through — and one of the most underserved. The focus isn't on the baby. It's on you: your identity, your ambitions, and what you actually want your return to work to look like. Many women find maternity leave surfaces bigger questions they hadn't expected. This is the space to work through them. For organisations, it's worth knowing that the return from leave is the moment talented women are most likely to walk. Not because they want to but because they weren't supported through it. That's a solvable problem.

  • If something feels off — even if you can't name it yet — it's worth a conversation. Coaching works well when you're stuck, when you're at a crossroads, or when things are going well but you know there's more. The discovery call is there for exactly this reason. Thirty minutes, no obligation.
